Exterior Preparation Services:
- Power wash house exterior to remove flaking paint, dirt & cobwebs
- Remove old chipped paint with a wire brush, scraper and/or sander
- Apply brush-on vinyl patch material and primer paint as required
- Experly patch nail holes and seal seams with caulk or putty
- Fill cracks in stucco with caulk or vinyl patch material with texture
- Expert masking of window and door frames
Interior Painting Services:
- Interior doors and cabinets painted in an off-site spray booth
- Expert seal seams in bathrooms and trim moldings with caulk
- Patch holes and cracks in wall surfaces with spackle
- Utilization of proper etching and sanding techniques to surface before application of semi-gloss paint
- Detailed brush and roller application of all paint sheen varieties
- Use of "CLEAN" tarps for entire interior coverage
Other Skills:
- Expert use of airless sprayer for exterior or large interior projects
- Very nice and even brush strokes for detail projects and hard to reach spots
